Spring Branch Builders was founded by James Morgan, whose background spans construction management, finance, and real estate operations. With more than two decades of experience, James brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to high-end residential construction—balancing thoughtful design with sound financial oversight and precise execution.

Before founding Spring Branch Builders, James built and led multiple ventures across construction management and finance, including ownership of construction-focused firms and advisory companies. His experience securing institutional and private funding, overseeing property acquisitions, and managing complex operations informs a building process that is both strategically planned and meticulously executed. Today, he remains personally involved in every project, guiding each home from initial planning through final completion.

Equally central to the firm’s identity is the long-standing partnership James shares with Nikola and Gregg, co-owners whose combined experience and alignment form the foundation of the company. Having worked together for most of their careers, the team operates with a rare level of continuity, trust, and shared standards—ensuring consistency across every project.
